Rough Cut Monarchy brings together two accomplished KCBS competition pitmasters for one weekend of barbecue. Tom Garzarelli, head pitmaster of Meat Monarchy, and Jeff Rouse, pitmaster of Rough Cut Q, are joining forces to compete in the Marshfield Rib Cook-Off.

With years of experience on the KCBS competition circuit, multiple top finishes, and a passion for championship-quality barbecue, Tom and Jeff are combining their skills, recipes, and techniques to create one unforgettable rib entry. While they’re usually competing against each other, this time they’re working side by side with one goal: serving up the best ribs at the Marshfield Rib Cook-Off.
