The 14th Annual Marshfield Community Rib Cook-off event returns to the Marshfield Fairgrounds on Saturday September 10, 2022.

Wristbands are available at the gate on the day of the event for $7.00 per person.

The MCRCO team is busily preparing for what is going to be the biggest event in our organization’s history.  The concept originated during a North Community Church mission trip in May 2009 in Biloxi, Mississippi that included a visit to the iconic BBQ joint “The Shed” inspiring event founders to turn their passion for BBQ into a Marshfield community amateur competition. In thirteen years, the MCRCO event has raised nearly $170,000.  The 2021 event alone raised $30,000 with 1800 guests in attendance.

Proceeds from the MCRCO event has provided critical funding to local organizations including the Marshfield Food Pantry, Marshfield FACTS, McKinney Vento Foster Care, and The North Community Church missions.
