All teams must have at least one member who has a current Serve Safe and Allergen Awareness Certificate.

Check to agree to heat source guidelines.

We understand that heat sources should be of wood, wood pellets or charcoal. Propane and Electrical heat sources shall not be permitted for cooking or holding. Propane is permitted as a fire starter only, no exceptions.

Enter the maximum number of racks you can prepare starting at 4:00am and going until 6:00pm on the day of the event. 40 racks minimum, please.

The Marshfield Community Rib Cook-Off mission is to raise funds and awareness in support of critical community initiatives serving at-risk youth and their families with a focus on economic hardship, homelessness, and food insecurity.
