Rise & Swine

Rise & Swine was founded by two South Shore dads making the classic middle-aged leap: getting way too into smoking meat. What started as a backyard hobby quickly escalated – their smokers got bigger, their recipes got better, and their families, friends, and neighbors became very well-fed (and occasionally unwilling) test subjects.

Team Rise & Swine is at their best when it’s 2 AM, there’s a brisket on the smoker, a beer in hand, and yacht rock in the air.

Just don’t describe their ribs as “fall-off-the-bone.” They take that kind of slander personally.
