Riptide was formed to participate in the 2024 MCRCO, it’s the only event we do and we love it. A crew of guys and gals gather with backyard equipment to serve as many delicious ribs as possible and support the community. First year we cooked 48 racks and learned the process. Last year it was 84 racks and we earned the People’s Choice award for fan favorite ribs, so they must be pretty good. The rub is spot on, and there’s tangy or regular sauce, so c’mon by and say hey. Or Ole, Ole Ole!
