After years of mastering the art of low-and-slow smoking, Mike has become known for serving outstanding barbecue at Endicott College football tailgates, where he has cooked for fans for the past five seasons.
When he’s not tending the smoker, Mike enjoys creating legendary breakfast sandwiches and authentic North Shore three-way roast beef sandwiches. His philosophy is simple: use quality ingredients, trust the process, and cook with passion.
This first competition is the next step in a barbecue journey built on dedication, patience, and a love of sharing great food with others. Mike is proud to represent his team, learn from fellow pitmasters, and enjoy the camaraderie that makes the barbecue community so special.
