Affectionately known as “BBQ MOM” and Co-Founder of the nonprofit Inclusive BBQ Events, Kathy Trainor is up for competing anywhere in the US and often challenges her husband Tom (a fellow MCRCO judge this year) to a BBQ battle on the BBQ circuit.
