We are a family team based in Melrose, MA that just loves to spend time together putting ourselves through a long day of intense stress in order to cook real, smoked BBQ. Seeing the smiles on the faces of the people we have the pleasure of serving while making an impact in the community makes it all worth while. We only do one competition per year, and it’s the MCRCO. 2026 will be our sixth year competing and we hope to walk the stage again as a repeat of our 2024 first place win.
