As much as we love all types of pets and animals only service dogs with service jackets are allowed and they must be leashed at all times.

Yes. We have various sides being offered by local vendors that include burgers, mac & cheese, coleslaw, cornbread, loaded skins, and more.

All sides and other items can be purchased for cash or credit at the various vendors.

Parking is free and located on the property of the fairgrounds by entering through the gate on South River Road.

There are three admission options for 2024:
1. Rib Cook-off 12pm to 5pm

2. After Hours "When the Smoke Clears" 5pm to 7pm

3. "All Day" Pass 12pm to 7pm

Cindy Lou and Three Fine Fellas and Despite Dwight perform between 12pm and 5pm.

Divas with a Twist take the stage during the after hours event from 5pm to 7pm.

All proceeds benefit local charities;  McKinney-Vento Foster Care, Marshfield Food Pantry, Marshfield FACTS, Gold Star Wives of Greater Boston, and North Community Church Adult and Youth Mission.  The MCRCO is a registered 501(c)3 organization.

Beer, wine, water, soda and juice boxes are available for purchase.  Stellwagen Brewery will be onsite with various offerings.

Yes! B’s Homemade Ice Cream will be onsite with a selection of their homemade ice cream.

Yes! Each guest receive a voting card upon entry at the gate.  The card is used to cast a vote for your favorite ribs. 

Once you have decided who you would like to vote for, go to that team's pit area and put the card in the container with the team's name on it. 

One vote per person.

The winner will be announced within 10 days of the event.

The Marshfield Community Rib Cook-Off mission is to raise funds and awareness in support of critical community initiatives serving at-risk youth and their families with a focus on economic hardship, homelessness, and food insecurity.
